On Thursday Daniel Kawczynski, our local MP visited the Vicarage to open our new Dementia Friendly Garden called ‘The Orchard’.

Myrtle Crump and her family presented a cheque for the residents fund at the Vicarage Nursing Home for £200 that was raised by Ludlow Town Football Club on behalf of her husband John, who is a former manager of the club and now lives at the Vicarage.

Dobbies Garden Centre at Bayston Hill has kindly supported the Vicarage under their “Here we grow scheme” by supplying the Home with a selection of plants and garden furniture in order to create a dementia friendly sensory garden.
